RAVEN 3 and raven-toolbox development moved from SysBioChalmers to CompMetEng, and the site was still built from, and linked to, the old repositories.

  • .gitmodules and the RAVEN submodule: the submodule followed SysBioChalmers/RAVEN@develop3, which is frozen, so the daily bump would keep the API reference at that commit. The pin moves to CompMetEng/RAVEN commit 1366b44, the copy of the previously pinned 00bbd23, so the built pages stay the same.
  • docs/installation/raven.md: the page named the SysBioChalmers wiki, which describes RAVEN 2, as the canonical reference and the place to get help, and it stated that a plain git clone tracks stable RAVEN 2 on main.
  • docs/index.md, docs/protocol/materials.md, docs/conf.py, mkdocs.yml and README.md: the clone commands, the source, issue and Discussions links, the GitHub icon and the copyright holder in the footer named SysBioChalmers, and the README stated that the submodules follow main.
  • docs/raven3-migration.md, docs/yaml-format.md and docs/tutorials/index.md: links into the RAVEN source pointed to the develop3 and main branches in SysBioChalmers.
  • docs/installation/data-and-binaries.md: the data repository was named SysBioChalmers/raven-data, which is now CompMetEng/toolbox-assets.

The links to the SysBioChalmers model repositories, to individual RAVEN pull requests, and to the Tutorial 2 answer on the RAVEN wiki are unchanged.
