I am 50% sure Immediate Relative Majority Votes already have a requirement for votes to be cast only by eligible voters - as defined in 7.A.1 - waiting for verification

A different thing discussed would be to remove "of attending members" and this would be a non-semantic change - if you're interested. It is unambiguous in it's current state though so the change is unnecessary |

If you do the above, you should remove "of attending members" in both locations |
