Changes

• Add per-offer price evidence and manual quotes; keep inquiry, range and conflicting prices out of normal recommendations.
• Add configurable mixed image/video evidence, bounded caches, and recoverable execution with independent resource/rate/request budgets.
• Preserve listing navigation, separate settings saves, and harden notification retry, stale-result and product-identity handling.
• Prepare v0.2.0 with CHANGELOG and user-facing upgrade notes; require Windows/Linux browser tests and coverage before tag image publication.

Validation

• Windows full suite: 463 passed, 1 host-FFmpeg skip; Linux Docker full suite: 464 passed.
• Ruff, lock/export consistency, isolated image/media/browser/noVNC/resource checks and legacy database backup/restore.
• Independent review findings reproduced and fixed with regression tests.

Upgrade notes

Stop the service and back up the database/configuration before migration; rollback requires the old image and pre-upgrade database backup. Video stays off by default, existing databases retain the previous four-input budget, and real Goofish widget / macOS / ARM support remains subject to the documented limitations.
