Summary

The RAG session creation page (/app/generative/rag) did not render a right panel, but the three panel layout still reserved its width (visible by default). This left an empty column on the right with no toggle button, and selecting a generation model showed no details. The page now renders a collapsible, resizable right panel with the selected model's details, matching /app/generative/sessions/new.

• DashAI/front/src/pages/generative/RAG/RAGCreatePage.jsx: render a RightPanel containing ComponentDetailsPanel for the selected model. The panel reads the live models list, so an inline download updates it immediately.

Testing (optional)

1. Open /app/generative/rag.
2. Check the right panel shows the empty "component details" state and can be collapsed and resized with its toggle.
3. Select a generation model and check its name, description and tags appear in the right panel.
