What does this PR do?
Replace all eight
@DataDog/apm-sdk-capabilities-rustreferences inCODEOWNERSwith@DataDog/apm-sdk-capabilities.Motivation
We are deleting the language-specific APM SDK Capabilities teams. These ownership rules need to use the base team before that deletion.
Additional Notes
The base team already has write access to this repository. Rule order, path patterns, and co-owners are preserved.
How to test the change?
git diff --checkpasses. A scan of all 1,298 tracked files and filenames found no remaining suffixed team references. Structural validation confirms the 210 ownership rules retain their order and path patterns, with no duplicate owners.
