feat(realtime): default realtime base URL to wss://api.decart.ai - #225

api.decart.ai is now a direct Route53 geolocation record identical to api3.decart.ai (no CloudFront in front), so the realtime WebSocket default no longer needs a separate hostname. The realtimeBaseUrl option and the DECART_BASE_URL env var in the ws-signaling-proxy example keep working unchanged. api3.decart.ai keeps answering for existing clients; it is just no longer the default or documented hostname. The realtime WebSocket endpoint is served from
