Add ordered, bounded translateErrors batches and listErrors; CLI stdin, JSON batch input and supported-code catalogs preserve argument precedence. Existing single-error translation remains available.
Apply the DeployAnyway quality standard: ESM/CommonJS, declaration tests, installed-tarball verification, coverage gates, cross-platform CI and consistent contributor/release documentation.
Validation: 17 tests pass; 100% statements/lines/functions and 98.07% branches. Lint, format, type tests and installed ESM/CJS/types/CLI/offline npm exec checks pass. Zero runtime dependencies; npm audit reports zero vulnerabilities.
0.3.0 candidate only: leave this release PR open for review. No npm publication or release tag.
