Expand debugging guidance to 46 errors and expose full catalogs. Release version 0.4.0 with CLI/API/type examples, migration details and original content.
Validation: unit and CLI behavior, lint, TypeScript ESM/CommonJS, coverage gates and installed archive checks pass locally. All owned source statements, lines and functions covered; branch coverage at least 96%. Final-head CI must pass before merge, then publish through the existing trusted npm workflow. No runtime dependencies added.
