Notes

Docs-only promotion: a single commit since the last one (a6c5f38), touching
python/tests/sandbox/README.md and python/tests/sandbox/proxies.toml.example
and nothing else. No package metadata, extras, entry points, public API surface,
or docs/verified-apis.md rows change.

Version stays at 0.1.0.dev4. This promotion deliberately bypasses the
usual per-promotion version bump at the developer's explicit request, so no tag
is cut for it.

Verification status (§0.3): unchanged — no _verify.blocked(...) guard
added, removed, or flipped.

Milestone: Phase 1 — Build the MVP (0.1.0) is not complete (#515, #339 and
the #259 epic remain open), so this is an interim promotion, not the 0.1.0
release.

Pre-promotion acceptance run: not performed. The out-of-repo harness that
exercises the published artifact has no consumer credentials provisioned yet, so
its live groups would skip and the run would prove nothing. Recorded here rather
than omitted — and this promotion changes no published surface it asserts
against.

Test plan

• Full CI green on Drop :8081 from the sandbox proxies.toml base_url guidance #518 — base-only, typecheck-and-lint, test matrix
  on 3.10/3.11/3.12, CodeQL, docs-llms-drift, quickstart,
  langgraph-demo, benchmark, rebrand-completeness
• Push on develop green on 47a5b23, the tip being promoted

Post-deploy steps

None. No version change and no tag, so there is nothing for consumers to pick
up and no PyPI/TestPyPI publish is triggered by this promotion.
