This ships version 0.1.0.dev7 to TestPyPI via the release.yml workflow_dispatch path — a pre-release snapshot, not a final release. No git tag / GitHub Release is being cut for this promotion.

• §0.3 verification-status change: request_id resolution changed from a single x-request-id header read to a per-provider ordered fallback (x-request-id → x-amzn-requestid → apim-request-id), shared between LastCall.from_response and classify() via core/lastcall.py:request_id. Live-probed against openai-/azure-openai-/bedrock-anthropic-model-routing (Bedrock returns no x-request-id at all). docs/verified-apis.md rows updated accordingly.
• §8.4 extras: none — pyproject.toml changed only its version string.
• Breaking changes: none to public API signatures; DonkeyError.request_id and LastCall.request_id semantics are clarified (now explicitly the upstream provider's id) but the field names and types are unchanged.
