Live-captured the Amazon Bedrock Guardrails content-safety refusal against ddk-bedrock-guardrails (2026-09-24), closing the Bedrock half of #253. Reconciles errors.py comments, verified-apis.md §4, unsupported-boundary, and the website surfaces; records the capture as a classify()-contract sibling fixture with a new contract-test row. No classify() change. Closes #568 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
