* docs: restructure the docs site into end-user documentation by capability pillar (#556) - Sidebar grouped into pillars: Get started, Model access, Governance, Observability, Developer tooling, Registry & catalog, Scenarios, Examples, Roadmap, Community, Reference. Page URLs unchanged. - Introduction rewritten around gateway awareness, with Architecture and Before/after sections and the open-source / not-an-official-product notice. - Quickstart simplified, with a Live/Roadmap capability table. - Feature overview rewritten as a capability tour with the gateway-aware image. - Capability pages retoned: no issue refs, BG citations, phase labels or verification narration; single Live/Roadmap pill vocabulary. - New Examples pillar built on donkey-development-kit-demos. - Roadmap rendered from a committed GitHub milestone snapshot (scripts/generate-roadmap.mjs, refreshed in prebuild). - New Community pillar: Team and Contribute pages. - Footer disclaimer, site description, optimised images; unused images removed. Closes #557, #558, #559, #560, #561, #562, #563, #564, #565, #566 * docs(community): photo avatars on the Team page cards (#564) * docs(community): update Raymond Arnado's Team page photo (#564) * docs(site): dark Dark+ code blocks and Expected output panels (#556) - Shiki dark-plus theme in both site themes, smaller font, rounded dark panel, line numbers on multi-line blocks, dark filename bar and copy buttons. - New <Output> component renders an 'Expected output' panel attached to the code block that produces it. - Real captured output added to the Quickstart (hello, typed refusal, span, donkey doctor), the CLI page, and the offline example demos. * docs(site): switch accent colour to #00B4FF (#556) * docs(site): remove the Concepts section (#556) Deletes content/concepts and its sidebar entry. Links into it now point to Telemetry & cost or the repository's verification ledger, or are dropped. * docs(site): OTLP setup for Grafana, Elastic, Honeycomb, New Relic and more (#556) Adds a 'Send spans to your observability backend' section to Telemetry & cost with per-vendor OTLP env vars (Grafana Cloud, Elastic/Kibana, Honeycomb, New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, Langfuse, Arize Phoenix, Jaeger), each linked to the vendor's own documentation, plus the rules common to all backends. * docs(site): say 'Agent Fabric', link to mulesoft.com (#556) * docs(site): neutral wording for ADK and CrewAI's LiteLLM layer (#556) * docs(site): MuleSoft logo in the navbar (#556) * docs(site): use the Play font (#556)

A docs-only promotion. Merging into
mainredeploys the GitHub Pages site through.github/workflows/docs.yml. There is no version bump, no TestPyPI upload, and no git tag or GitHub Release.main(errors: flip Amazon Bedrock Guardrails refusal from documented-only to VERIFIED (LIVE) after the acceptance capture #568).python/change./concepts/*pages now return 404 on the docs site; every internal link to them was updated.After deploy, check that the Roadmap page shows the live milestone data. The build refreshes it from the GitHub API using
GITHUB_TOKEN.
