+- **Registration loss under v2**: `package.json` now declares `exports["./server"]` pointing at the package entry — without it, server-kind resolution depends on the root-index fallback, which is dead on Bun 1.3.x runtimes (Bun's `ResolveMessage` is not an `Error`, so the fallback's catch never fires) and the plugin is disabled at the entry stage; with the export declared, resolution is deterministic on every observed runtime
