Return an explicitly bound database driver directly and replace literal snake/kebab separators without regular-expression matching.
Retain Str coercion, repeated separators, existing punctuation, Unicode input and embedded control characters. These utilities do not require the optional query compiler.
Validation:
RAKUDO_RAKUAST=0 prove6 -lj4 tpassed (Files=99, Tests=1252).Split out of #603. This branch is based directly on
masterand can be reviewed and merged without another split PR.
