Digest bump for FerrLabs/.github (2718959 → 39502a0), used in pr-title.yml, security-scan.yml, sonarqube.yml.
Two upstream commits land in this range (#359, #360). Of the three reusable workflows this repo calls, only reusable-sonarqube-scan.yml changed, and only by one line: SonarSource/sonarqube-scan-action digest bump, same pinned tag (v8), no input/output changes. reusable-pr-title.yml and reusable-security-scan.yml are untouched in this range. #360 only touches reusable-ferrflow-release.yml, which this repo doesn't call.
Uneventful. No breaking change touches this repo. CI was still running at review time (no failures observed) — nothing to flag.
