The test.bat file should probably be made a bash script so that it works on all major desktop platforms.
(Git Bash on Windows, proper terminals on Linux/MacOS)

I made this cuz the MasterEric issue: #293
Basically, this introduces standalone HScript and HScriptedClass tests with isolated haxelib dependencies, fixtures, and a windows test runner. Updates CI to run the tests on pushes and pull requests, and documents local setup and execution.
