- Add idempotent() and idempotencyScope() to lib/idempotency.ts, replacing prepareIdempotentRequest - Derive userId from page state inside the helper so call sites no longer pass it - Remove manual request.complete() calls across create dialogs, pages, and admin campaign sends - Release the stored key as soon as the command resolves, not after navigation or redirect
