Summary

• Add tenant-scoped REST and MCP run error reporting with bounded sanitization, authenticated API key/OAuth provenance, idempotent retries, and explicit conflicts.
• Persist report history and final failure source; preserve failed-state lifecycle behavior, observer diagnostics, stop precedence, and independent artifact/cleanup errors.
• Update run detail, history, generated OpenAPI/client, and API/MCP/job documentation.

Validation

• npm run check:boundaries
• npm test on Node 24.12.0/npm 11.19.0 with isolated localhost PostgreSQL and Chromium.

Full root validation passed, including API/PostgreSQL, hosting/OAuth/rollback runtimes, compiled integration, and browser lanes.
