  • Stabilize P6–P15 workflows, interfaces, startup, READMEs, and inline authorization logs while preserving the deliberate baseline gaps.
  • Replace P14 with Capital District and align shared identity, CI registrations, and Docker exclusions.
  • Patch dependencies and update the affected tutorial install commands.

Pin the shared IdP Vite dependency to 8.2.4, normalize TypeScript fixture globs on Windows, and use the bundled P14 SQLite binaries without an unnecessary native build.
