Ubuntu 26.04 is not yet released (scheduled for April 2026) and the image mirror.gcr.io/library/ubuntu:26.04 is not available or stable. Upgrading to this version will break the build because dependencies and external repositories (such as Docker CE and Microsoft ODBC) do not yet support Ubuntu 26.04. Please revert this change to keep using the stable 24.04 LTS release.
