OASIS3-MCT fails to build under NVHPC+OpenMPI toolchain (Stages/2026) #142
Description
We get this OASIS compile error due to the combination of nvfortran not supporting quad-precision (16 bytes) and legacy mpif.h usage in OASIS3-MCT:

OASIS3-MCT successfully compiles under Stages/2026 GCC, but then ICON does not work under this toolchain.
