BUG - major version update MODS not in SWAPI l3a, SWE l3

Description of the issue

Despite #231, actual processed files imap_swapi_l3a_alpha-sw_20260429_v002.0062.cdf and imap_swapi_l3a_proton-sw_20260429_v002.0035.cdf and imap_swe_l3_sci_20260429_v002.0068.cdf have no MODS attribute. Need to check on this (guessing container not built/deployed).

SWAPI files both built with 22c9638 2026-09-30, but #231 merged 2026-10-08. Last build of SWAPI container 2026-10-05.

SWE files also built with 22c9638 2026-09-30. Last build of SWE container 2026-09-30.

So looks like we need to just build & promote SWAPI and SWE L3 and then reprocess.

I have triggered container build for SWAPI and SWE.

I'm promoting them to Prod.

I triggered reprocessing for that specific date and the following products:

imap_swapi_l3a_alpha-sw_20260429
imap_swapi_l3a_proton-sw_20260429
imap_swe_l3_sci_20260429

I'll wait for those to complete so we can check they are correct.

Latest versions seem to work! The following script:

Do these products need to be reprocessed since the beginning of the mission?

SWAPI reprocessing is complete (thanks Leo). SWE looks to be somewhat inconsistent. Nothing's listed at the processing job list or Dagster runs in progress, so I'll go and fill in the gaps.

SWE reprocessed except 2026-10-07 (#236) and 2026-02-08 (503 error while trying to download the l2). Reprocessing 2026-02-08 to see if that's intermittent.

2026-02-08 worked after another reprocess, so this is good.
