Fully Reproducible - The highest level. This represents submissions that provide all the required metadata, a detailed questionnaire, and the system is widely available to anyone without restrictions imposed by the provider. Software availability is typically via open-souce, a free download, or via a commercial license. Hardware is commercially available or the hardware design has been open-sourced or externally published.
To meet this standard, the storage system must be available in multiple countries in two of the following three geographic regions: North America (Mexico, Canada, USA), EU, or Asia (China, India, Japan, etc.). Information (web pages and other public information sources) about the systems must be freely reachable from two of the three aforementioned regions as well.

I think we should add info about

 • UK -> add to EU
 • australlia -> add to asia examples?
 • central/south america -> I think we should say something...but not sure what. maybe something like, "due to the limited number of large storage systems in central and south america, at this point they are not part of the target regions. Please reach out to the committee if your submission is available in this location"

That is probably unnecessarily exclusionary? I would just expand the regions to be "the Americas" and "EMEA" and "Asia"?
