定义 Twitter Extension 跨 Python/Web Distribution 的共同信息、身份/合并、关系、按需媒体与 x-monkey 兼容接入合同，配套 impl-py #145、impl-ts #140。
按后续评论撤回browser-form公共协议和Host/Auth handoff，不为低频连接扩展Peer transport。保留JWT签发默认可配、归档7天/半寿命续签和完整Peer权限；持久JSON、Resolver ID、Block ID与引用兼容，两种Distribution独立版本。
当前共享提交ff82097先推送，再由两个Spoke分别更新引用。Website checks通过，10页28处链接/锚点/图片及producer两scope构建通过。
