@inkcre/ext-local-filesModule Federation 读取分发，在 Web Peer 展示已收入正文、原件位置、失效状态与提取范围。仅注册 Resolver；不执行目录监视，不将原件 URI 交给浏览器打开或作为远程下载地址。分发独立构建，保留相对资源路径与 MIT 许可；补入工作区和产物合同检查。当前候选版本为 0.1.0，首版未发布，changeset 仅记录 patch 意图。
验证证据
type-check、2 项位置／元数据合同测试及pnpm build（整个 monorepo，含产物合同）通过。oxfmt --check通过，相关文档已更新。pnpm check和 Web／WebExtension E2E；本轮保留为 draft，不将构建或合同测试宣称为浏览器交互验收。交付影响
不发布 MF 产物、不部署生产、不新增数据库迁移。注册读取分发不是 Mac 收入前置条件。
依赖关系

未安装读取分发时，新根类型不可在 Web 中完整展示。正文依赖共享图中的成功提取结果，原件位置不意味着可远程访问。停用或回退该分发即可撤回阅读能力，保留已收入资料。

docs/_shared通过独立提交指向已推送的 Hub831e8358a87894ecf29f25e18bff2c2ef3ce42bb；合并前先完成共享合同 PR #42 的审查与合并，并按最终 Hub 提交更新引用。
