…CONTRIBUTING.md - Add a one-sentence English + Chinese positioning pair - Split Quickstart into 'Use the package' and 'Develop locally' - New CONTRIBUTING.md absorbs the operational detail (setup, daily commands, Token pipeline, Histoire delivery, joint development with impl-ts, GitHub Packages authentication) - README becomes a visitor-facing entry point (164 → 42 lines)
