feat(playlists): save the queue and keep a mix as a playlist - #834

The queue panel can save the queue, in order and whole, as a new playlist with a dated name, and a smart playlist's header can keep the mix it holds today as a regular playlist, which no regeneration touches. Both go through the create-playlist dialog, which takes a name to start from.

Save the queue
A save button in the queue panel header (local queue, not empty) opens the create-playlist dialog with a dated name ("Queue of 11/10/2026", localized) and copies every queue row, in queue order, played ones included, into the new playlist. Rows without a local track (negative sentinel ids) are skipped.
Keep a mix
"Keep as playlist" in a smart playlist's header (Daily Mix, On Repeat, custom smart playlists) opens the dialog with the mix's name and copies its local tracks, in the order shown, into a new regular playlist. A mix regenerates and loses its tracks; the copy is never touched by regeneration.
