feat(desktop-lyrics): outline width, hide while paused and a progress bar - #837

… bar The outline becomes a 0-6 px width drawn with sixteen shadows around a circle instead of eight around a square, whose corners showed as notches once it grew thick; a style saved with the old on/off flag keeps its choice. Two new options fade the window out while playback is paused and draw a thin progress bar under the lyrics. Closes #814

The line padding was a fixed em, thinner than a 6 px outline at a small font size, so truncate clipped the shadow. It now takes whichever is larger of the em padding and the outline width; FitLine compares text widths without the padding, which does not shrink with the font, and refits when the padding changes.

Three options for the desktop lyrics overlay, in Settings → Appearance → Desktop lyrics.
outlineflag keeps its choice (off → 0, on → the default 2 px).loading(the gap between two tracks) keeps it up, so it does not blink on every track change. Hovering an unlocked window brings it back, so it can still be found, moved and closed.usePlayerPosition, so the 4 Hz tick re-renders the bar and not the lines. Hidden for a stream with no length (radio).Both new options are off by default. The settings preview shows the outline and the bar; both toggles are in the settings search catalogue; 4 keys in all 17 locales;
