feat(library): a years tab grouped by decade - #839

list_years groups available tracks by the year their tags give, newest first with an unknown-year bucket last, each lent the cover of the album holding most of it; get_year_detail lists one year through the track query the genre page now shares. The tab shows a section per decade and opens a year page.

Going back from one year to another keeps the page mounted, so the previous year's tracks stayed under the new title while it loaded. Data for another year is dropped and loading raised in the same pass, so no frame reads as not found.

A Years tab in the library, between Genres and Playlists, with its own sidebar entry.
list_years(newyears.rs) groups available tracks by the year their tags give, newest first, with an "Unknown year" bucket last. A year outside 1–9999 (a0, a full date pasted into the field) counts as unknown rather than as a year of its own. Each year carries its track and album counts and the cover of the album holding most of its tracks, the lowest album id breaking a tie so the tile is stable between loads.get_year_detailopens one year (or the unknown bucket): play all, shuffle, the track list. It reuses the genre page's track query and table instead of copying them.detail_tracks_sql/detail_trackare extracted inbrowse.rs, andDetailTrackTableis exported fromGenreDetailView.
