Bump maven-model and example jackson-databind to clear Dependabot alerts - #179

Upgrade the test-scoped maven-model from 3.9.4 to 3.9.16, which pulls in plexus-utils 3.6.1 in place of the vulnerable 3.5.1. Dependabot cannot update plexus-utils itself because it is a transitive dependency outside its parsed snapshot. Also bump jackson-databind in examples/large-documents from 2.22.1 to 2.22.2.

Clears the open Dependabot alerts so Dependabot security-update runs stop failing.
org.apache.maven:maven-model3.9.4 (used byTenantSecurityRequestTestforMavenXpp3Reader). Dependabot failed withdependency_not_foundbecause plexus-utils is outside its parsed snapshot. maven-model 3.9.15+ pins plexus-utils 3.6.1; bumped to 3.9.16.examples/large-documents. Supersedes Bump com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-databind from 2.22.1 to 2.22.2 in /examples/large-documents in the maven group across 1 directory #178.Verified locally:
test-suites/unitTest.sh(105 tests pass),mvn formatter:validate, andmvn compilefor all four examples.mvn dependency:treeshows plexus-utils 3.6.1 only.
