Summary

0.10.3 ships the changes merged since v0.10.2. The headline is a configurable Pickup settling wait: Pickup and Architect runs now wait 30 minutes by default after the latest label, sub-issue or blocker change before taking a Ready issue, set by pickup.wait_minutes (#576).

• Pickup settling wait (Make the Pickup settling wait configurable (default 30 minutes) #576): pickup.wait_minutes controls the window used by the shared Ready issue search, raised from ten to thirty minutes by default; 0 disables waiting, even when server timestamps are ahead of the local clock. Setup writes wait_minutes = 30 and preserves a configured value; invalid values are rejected before work. Set pickup.wait_minutes = 10 to keep the previous window.
• Run results in notification emails (Show Run results in notification email bodies #575): Run, Spec run, Architect run and Pickup run email bodies now start with a Result: line, so the outcome stays visible when a long issue title truncates the subject.
