MCP: Resources

Summary

Right now the MCP server only offers tools. This adds resources, so an AI client can pull in Kit context directly.

Two kinds:

• Resource data: forms, tags, landing pages, products, the connected account, and current plugin settings. This means the AI can look up the right form or tag by name instead of guessing.
• Reference docs: short explainers on what the plugin does, how forms show up, how restrict content works, and what each settings group controls.

Testing

• MCPResourcesTest: Test resources and references
• MCPResourceListTest: Renamed from MCPResourceTest, as this existing functionality covers listing resources via an ability/tool

Checklist
