Adds es.json with all 694 translated keys, registers Español in LocalizationService (auto-picked for Spanish OS cultures) and adds es to localization and render tests.

What does this change?
Adds Spanish (
es, Español) to the desktop app, following the language contribution guide and the same four-file structure as #128. Translates all 694 English keys, selects Spanish automatically for Spanish OS locales, and adds Spanish localization checks and five screenshot cases.How was it tested?
dotnet format --verify-no-changes --no-restoreen.json, no duplicates or empty translations, preserved numeric/named placeholders ({0},{1}) and newlines.9/9localization test cases passing).Checklist
