- Resolve Soroban contract compile errors from the feature merge
  (duplicate stream logic, misplaced events/storage helpers, error variants)
- Implement working Nexus GraphQL schema, resolvers, dataloaders and routes
- Fix backend GraphQL tests and module resolution
- Preserve legacy fee_collected event for single-treasury fee splits

Verified: cargo fmt/clippy/test (246 passed), backend build and vitest (831 passed).
