icon 指向各插件仓库合并后 main 提交中的 icons/*.svg，并同步 README 插件总览。

接续 #15。#15 合并时，同步 CI 那个提交还没推上去，所以在这个 PR 里补上。
改动
自动同步 README（
sync-readme.yml）lithe-plugin-index.json、scripts/render-readme.mjs、README.md或assets/合并到 main 后，自动重新生成插件总览；有变化就以 lithe-store-bot 身份提交回 main。GITHUB_TOKEN推送的提交不会触发新的工作流，所以不会循环。validate.yml去掉 README 一致性检查，track-releases.yml只改索引；对应的测试也移除了。贡献者只需要改索引。icon字段的写法和自动同步流程。插件图标
icon，分别指向 lithe-plugin-go#1、lithe-plugin-php#1、lithe-plugin-lua#3 合并后的 main 提交里的icons/*.svg。图标来自 Simple Icons（CC0），带各语言的品牌色。验证
node scripts/validate-index.mjs：5 个插件全部有效node --test scripts/store.test.mjs：46 个测试全部通过
