io.github.lithe-idea.cargo-build新增原生 Cargo 可执行文件路径设置；留空自动发现，指定后 metadata、构建、检查、测试、运行和清理统一使用该路径。清单需要
buildSystems: 2/settings: 2；支持这些能力的预览客户端收到 0.1.1，旧客户端仍使用 0.1.0。宿主实现见 https://github.com/1lck/Lithe-IDEA/pull/1420。此版本继续为预发布，按手工索引流程收录，不改变自动追踪忽略预发布的策略。发布 CI 已通过固定宿主 Core 的 11 项回归及真实 Cargo workspace 测试。完整原生 UI 验收尚未标记完成。
