Summary

  • Helium on matched measures (TC-1092, corrects TC-1050). New tier-3 source travers_2026_pyroraptor: helium with both electrons active, haCC(1), haCC(5) and one electron at 390 nm (A2's 6 fs pulse), read as the population above the bound shells n <= 4 and n <= 5 1000 au after the pulse, which is converged in the box; and haCC in Sato et al.'s 800 nm pulse with their measure.
    • The atom is 1.65 and 1.61 times one electron (1.60 and 1.56 at the angular limit), not 1.71 to 1.79.
    • haCC(5) is 0.98 to 0.99 of the exact atom at 390 nm and 0.98 to 1.00 of MCTDHF at 800 nm; haCC(1) is 0.96, and 0.95 to 0.98. TC-1050's 0.76 to 0.81 compared tRecX norm-losses that measure different things.
    • Parker et al.'s rate over the pulse is 1.00 and 0.97 of the atom: confirmed; helium's N_eff of 1.47 stands.
  • Xenon in RMT's field (TC-1093). Part N of the tRecX runs: one 5p electron (m = 0 and 1) at RMT's ionisation energy in the field Hartmann et al.'s RMT wrote, read with RMT's measure (ground-state survival at 3000 au). RMT's atom depletes like 0.53 to 0.63 of one m = 0 electron; the default 1.5 to 2.1 times RMT.
  • Hartmann et al.'s measured neutral abundance (TC-1094). The default's depletion is 0.96 to 1.13 of the measured up to 1.6e14 W/cm2; the measurement is below RMT's survival up to 1.9e14 W/cm2. Xenon's N_eff (1.5) and uncertainty factor (3) are unchanged.
  • Validators helium_matched_ratios, xenon_rmt_ratios, xenon_survival; three generated manual tables; changelog, counts and the golden identity digests of He and Xe (text of their reasons only).

No recommended value, model value or stored fit changed.

Verification

  • poe check: lint, types, numpydoc, codespell, reuse clean; coverage 100 %; two test-hygiene failures in the new tests (tolerance floors, the page test's table list) were fixed and those files re-run green; the docs build (poe docs) succeeds after two docstring fixes. The whole gate was not re-run after the fixes.
  • poe test-library: 512 passed.
  • Every row of the four pyroraptor tables checked against its JSON record (112 rows); part N's values against the runs' report.

For review

  • The two-electron angular correction (3.1 %) is a report's printed ladder on the absorbed norm-loss at one intensity; it is the stated uncertainty, not applied to the values.
  • Part N's inputs are kept byte for byte (they name the pulse file by its cluster path), as with the earlier tRecX runs; the run list's paths use $RUN_ROOT.

- travers_2026_pyroraptor (new, tier 3): helium with both electrons active, haCC(1),
haCC(5) and one electron at 390 nm on box-converged measures (populations above
  n <= 4 and n <= 5), and haCC in Sato et al.'s 800 nm pulse. Corrects TC-1050: haCC's
helium is 0.96 to 0.99 of the exact atom (not 0.76 to 0.81) and the atom 1.6 times
one electron (not 1.7 to 1.8); Parker et al.'s rate stays confirmed.
- Part N of the tRecX runs: one xenon 5p electron in Hartmann et al.'s RMT field, read
  as RMT's ground-state survival. RMT's atom depletes like 0.53 to 0.63 of one m = 0
electron; the default 1.5 to 2.1 times RMT (TC-1093).
- hartmann_2022: the measured neutral abundance of xenon (TC-1094); the default is
0.96 to 1.13 of its depletion up to 1.6e14 W/cm2.
- Validators helium_matched_ratios, xenon_rmt_ratios, xenon_survival; three manual
  tables. No recommended value changed.

pyroraptor confirmed and corrected the one-shell offset in its haCC comparisons at
390 nm on 17 October 2026 (merged at 295a255b); the record, its provenance and the
register entry now say so. No value changes.
