(Cosmic Flow Remix)
A single-player, browser-based cosmic painting game. Deep-space sectors have lost their light and the asteroids drifting through them are cold, grey husks. Stream living color into them, light them back up, and rack up points before the clock runs out — while dodging time-warping black holes that try to swallow your color.
Runs entirely in the browser: no server, no login, no backend. High scores are saved locally in your browser.
Goal: color-restore as many asteroids as you can in a 3-minute round.
- Move your mouse (or drag on touch) to steer a continuous stream of glowing color particles. Your spectrum constantly cycles through the rainbow, so the hue you paint with is always shifting.
- Particles are drawn toward nearby grey asteroids and paint them as they hit.
- Each asteroid absorbs your color until it reaches 100% capacity, then it
detonates in a burst of light and scores you points:
- Small asteroids (fast, low capacity) → 1 point
- Medium asteroids → 2 points
- Large asteroids (slow, high capacity) → 5 points
- Asteroids that drift off-screen are lost and replaced, so keep the middle of the field lit.
Power-ups drift in periodically. Sweep your cursor over one to grab it (each lasts ~15 seconds):
- 🟡 Radius Boost — greatly increases the reach of your color stream.
- 🟢 Intensity Boost — massively increases how many particles you emit.
Every so often a black hole warps into the sector. When one appears:
- Time slows down briefly (with an on-screen "Time Slowed" cue) so you can reorient.
- It opens a strong, wide gravity well. Any color you stream within its radius gets dragged in and consumed instead of reaching your target — so you have to paint from outside its range to keep scoring.
Black holes fade after a few seconds, and they appear more frequently as the round goes on. Treat them as moving hazards.

This edition strips out the original multiplayer/server dependency and reworks it into a self-contained single-player game (custom particle physics, power-ups, black-hole hazards with slow-motion, mobile touch support, and fullscreen).
