Generated repositories now install the published
meds-algorithm==0.4.0a5instead of a development Git revision. Align runtime, optional conformance/orchestration, development pins and the lockfile; update release instructions and record generator 0.4.0a2 changes separately from the package introduction.Validation: 86 Python tests and 7 prompt-builder tests pass; Ruff, strict MkDocs, distribution metadata, installed generator smoke checks and the PyPI prerequisite gate pass. Conformance and orchestration remain optional extras.
