…drawer and published to MCP clients EXO-90930 The file-level "icon" of ai-tool-definitions.json is the default of every tool of the file. Requires the mcp-server change of EXO-90930: an older mcp-server rejects the unknown property and drops the file's tools. Why
The task tools show their own icon in the EVA chat drawer and to external MCP clients, instead of a guess from their names (EXO-90930).
How
ai-tool-definitions.jsondeclares the file-level default"icon": "fa-tasks", applied to every task tool.Backport of #662 (
feature/ai-contribution), one pick, no adaptation.Depends on: Meeds-io/mcp-server#60, on mcp-server
developsince 2026-10-21 (32e159a). It reads the file-levelicon; an older mcp-server rejects the unknown key and drops every tool of this file.Knowledge: Meeds-io/eng-standards#610
This change is classified N2 at
35b2cb936: a changed definition of existing MCP tools (icon only, norequire_approvalorannotationschange). Its approver must be an Archi/Dev who knows it is N2, not an approval on AI review alone.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
