The marketing site was almost all canvas and client chrome. Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and other agents that fetch HTML (or text/markdown) had almost nothing unique to index, and the title did not say what Linea is. This branch makes the product describable by crawlers without turning the landing page into a keyword farm.

Canonical origin is https://linea.meetbhatt.com. The old project-linea.vercel.app host 308s over so Google only indexes one origin.

Google Search Console HTML-tag verification is in the homepage <head>:

<meta name="google-site-verification" content="LPJGoxWg4UlHdMNf1pXfeeCA_8s9PoliBv18onFvLCA" />

After this deploy is live, click Verify in Search Console, then submit https://linea.meetbhatt.com/sitemap.xml.

Vercel env (Production, then redeploy)

NEXT_PUBLIC_* is inlined at build time.

Name Value
NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL https://linea.meetbhatt.com

No trailing slash. No GOOGLE_SITE_VERIFICATION env var is required; the token is in the site.

Google Search Console after verify

Submit one generated sitemap:

https://linea.meetbhatt.com/sitemap.xml

It lists /, /faq, and /changelog. Then URL Inspection → Request indexing on those three.

What shipped in code

  • Canonical titles/descriptions from website/lib/site.ts
  • robots.ts allowing Google plus GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and the rest
  • schema.org JSON-LD, FAQ page, homepage “what it is” section
  • /llms.txt, markdown mirrors, /api/product, RSS
  • Accept: text/markdown rewrites for agents

The marketing site was almost entirely canvas and client chrome, so crawlers
that do not run JavaScript (and many that do) had almost nothing to rank.
This adds a canonical identity, sitemap/robots, schema.org JSON-LD, an FAQ
with crawlable answers, llms.txt plus markdown mirrors, and a product JSON
record so search engines and agents can describe Linea as a Windows lyrics
overlay rather than colliding with the Linea blockchain.

The public domain is now attached. Sitemap, robots, JSON-LD and llms.txt
read from this host, and the old Vercel URL 308s over so Google indexes
one origin.

The HTML-tag token Search Console issued for linea.meetbhatt.com now ships
as a google-site-verification meta element on every page.

Keep both the SEO head (JSON-LD, verification, skip link) and the Google
Analytics tracker from #44. The only conflict was the layout imports.
