Release Mineralogy 6.1.4 for Minecraft 1.20.6 Forge.
Sculk can spread across natural Mineralogy rock, goats can spawn on it, and the harder raw rocks can break their horns. These fixes work in existing worlds. Moss, dripstone and root features can use the natural rocks in newly generated chunks; bare rock still isn't tree soil.
This also fixes construction tags and disabled-content references, keeps wall posts under rock-salt lamps, and aligns normal cobblestone with the existing setting. Recipes, IDs, configs, providers, migrations, textures and OreSpawn are unchanged.
The README and release notes are current. Local validation covers 71 tests, reproducible jars, release audits and production Eclipse launches. The accepted candidate also passed real-loader reload/configuration checks and packaged client/server tests with complete log review.
