Fix natural-rock compatibility on Minecraft 26.3 NeoForge while keeping crafted blocks outside natural terrain rules.
Includes bat, goat, sculk, moss, dripstone, root and forest-rock compatibility, straight-wall lamp support and lit-furnace cat targets. Construction recipes, advancements, loot and tags handle disabled forms without changing enabled contents.
Retains the released NeoForge tag-reload fix, native textures, recipes, registry IDs, configs, provider and OreSpawn dependency. Block behaviour fixes apply to existing worlds; decoration changes need new chunks.
Updated the version guide for release. All 79 tests, two identical clean assemblies, release/Javadoc/artifact/dependency checks and production-only Eclipse checks pass. Only the packaged version guide changed; sources and Javadoc match the accepted bytes. Runtime qualification remains separately recorded.
