This used to work, but broke when RTD started requiring a .readthedocs.yaml file, and since we were hosting the docs on GitHub pages it wasn't a priority to fix. The plan is now to have RTD be the main docs site, with a redirect from https://neuralensemble.org/docs/PyNN/
