   This paper is heavily based on the former paper, GAP: Graph-Based Agent Planning with Parallel Tool Use and Reinforcement Learning https://arxiv.org/pdf/2510.25320 https://github.com/WJQ7777/Graph-Agent-Planning. This paper did not cite the paper, which makes me question the integrity of the authors.

   We will include a citation to this paper in the latest arXiv version.
