chore(readme): add ditto

Adds ditto, a system-wide ASCII keyboard visualizer and keycaster that mirrors live keyboard inputs in real time, even when the terminal isn't in focus. It automatically syncs with the native terminal color scheme for seamless, interactive eye candy.

I've read the contributing guidelines, and I believe this project satisfies all of the acceptance criteria:

1. The project is open-sourced.
2. The project has the following: LICENSE, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, and CONTRIBUTING.md.
3. The project is original and not plagiarized.
4. The project is not a fork.
5. I (the primary maintainer) am Filipino.
6. While the star requirement has been removed a while back, the project does satisfy the old stars requirement (minimum of 20 stars, project currently sitting at 120+).
