Free-tier alpha operations, all inert until configured:

• scheduled GitHub health workflow + HTTP health check + shared alert sender (ntfy/webhook)
• Sentry error alerts behind SENTRY_DSN with strict data scrubbing (no data sent unless set)
• staging host health check with cooldown and a systemd timer
• thumbs-down export for review, ops guide, rollback steps and the alpha notice

Needs from the owner before it is live: UptimeRobot key, Sentry DSN, ntfy topic, optional GitHub secrets, sudo for the timer.

Note: error_reporting_test searches the captured event for the word 'private', so it fails when run from a checkout under /private/... (macOS temp dirs); it passes elsewhere.
