Remote MCP clients (Claude Code, Desktop, Cursor) sign in with Google through the SDK's OAuth endpoints, the same experience as the chatbot.

  • application/mcp/oauth.py: provider behind the SDK's OAuth endpoints; Google sign-in; access tokens are short-lived API keys, so roles, rate limits and revocation are unchanged.
  • OPENCRE_MCP_ALLOWED_DOMAINS (falls back to LOGIN_ALLOWED_DOMAINS) restricts who can sign in; roles still decide access.
  • New tables mcp_oauth_clients, mcp_oauth_refresh_tokens (migration c4d5e6f7a8b9).
  • Lists the rate_answer MCP tool (it was handled but not advertised).
  • Deployed to staging and tested: discovery, dynamic registration, authorize to Google (redirect URI accepted), 401 challenge, token calls, rate limit, thumbs. The final Google login in a browser was not tested.

Stacked on #1162.

Costs from every LiteLLM call are charged to the asking account; an account
over BUDGET_DAILY_USD (default 1.00, admins x4) gets a 429 until 00:00 UTC.
