Selection functions

Selection functions are used to create new domain units with selection of elements from other domain units.

• select_with_org_rel or subset - configures a new unit, based on a condition

• select_uint8_with_org_rel - is the select_with_org_rel variant with a uint8 result domain

• select_uint16_with_org_rel - is the select_with_org_rel variant with a uint16 result domain

• select_uint32_with_org_rel - is the select_with_org_rel variant with a uint32 result domain

• select_uint8_16_32_64_with_org_rel - versions of the select_with_org_rel function, resulting in a unit with the explicit value type

• select and select_data OBSOLETE - similar to select_with_org_rel, but faster and less memory intensive in case of dense subsets

• select_uint8_16_32_64 - versions of the select function, resulting in a unit with the explicit value type

• select_with_attr_by_org_rel - similar to select_with_org_rel/subset, resulting in a unit and a set of attributes

• select_uint8_with_attr_by_org_rel - is the select_with_attr_by_org_rel variant with a uint8 result domain

• select_uint16_with_attr_by_org_rel - is the select_with_attr_by_org_rel variant with a uint16 result domain

• select_uint32_with_attr_by_org_rel - is the select_with_attr_by_org_rel variant with a uint32 result domain

• select_uint8_16_32_64_with_attr_by_org_rel - versions of the select_with_attr_by_org_rel function, resulting in a unit with the explicit value type

• select_with_attr_by_cond - similar to select_with_org_rel, resulting in a unit and a set of attributes

• select_uint8_with_attr_by_cond - is the select_with_attr_by_cond variant with a uint8 result domain

• select_uint16_with_attr_by_cond - is the select_with_attr_by_cond variant with a uint16 result domain

• select_uint32_with_attr_by_cond - is the select_with_attr_by_cond variant with a uint32 result domain

• select_uint8_16_32_64_with_attr_by_cond - versions of the select_with_attr_by_cond function, resulting in a unit with the explicit value type

• select_with_org_rel_with_attr_by_cond - similar to select_with_attr_by_cond: condition is used for all collections, but an org_rel is also produced

• select_uint8_with_org_rel_with_attr_by_cond - is the select_with_org_rel_with_attr_by_cond variant with a uint8 result domain

• select_uint16_with_org_rel_with_attr_by_cond - is the select_with_org_rel_with_attr_by_cond variant with a uint16 result domain

• select_uint32_with_org_rel_with_attr_by_cond - is the select_with_org_rel_with_attr_by_cond variant with a uint32 result domain

• select_uint64_with_org_rel_with_attr_by_cond - is the select_with_org_rel_with_attr_by_cond variant with a uint64 result domain

• select_uint8_16_32_64_with_org_rel_with_attr_by_cond - versions of the select_with_org_rel_with_attr_by_cond function, resulting in a unit with the explicit value type

• select_spec - the whole family with its configuration in the first argument: result value type, org_rel, whether attributes are collected, and how far (ref through a linked unit, sub into sub-containers). Reaches combinations that have no name of their own.

Note: select_data is replaced by collect_by_cond

• select_uint8 - is the select variant with a uint8 result domain (domain only, no org_rel or attributes)
• select_uint16 - is the select variant with a uint16 result domain
• select_uint32 - is the select variant with a uint32 result domain
• select_uint64 - is the select variant with a uint64 result domain
• select_uint64_with_org_rel - is the select_with_org_rel variant with a uint64 result domain
• select_uint64_with_attr_by_cond - is the select_with_attr_by_cond variant with a uint64 result domain
• select_uint64_with_attr_by_org_rel - is the select_with_attr_by_org_rel variant with a uint64 result domain
