Raise floors to urllib3 >=2.8.0 and aiohttp >=3.14.4. Lockfile updates only urllib3 to 2.8.0, aiohttp to 3.14.5, and its required yarl to 1.25.1.

Validation: 336 unit tests passed; Ruff, formatting, and mypy passed. Full live SPP 8.2.2 run: 157 passed, four TLS1.3-only failures, two interactive DeviceCode skips; two SignalR thread warnings. All 60 A2A/certificate/event tests passed on SPP 9.0, including all four TLS1.3 tests, with no SignalR thread warnings.

Existing optional SignalR/msgpack accepted risk unchanged. Intended release: v8.2.1.
